和食日本料理成立于2017年,由4位平面設計師共同創辦,由于深爱日本料理，大家都去了解日本文化和日本食品的历史，经过一年多的筹备，终于在2017年成立我们第一间和食日本料理，以迴轉壽司型態經營的日式料理餐館，100种寿司和多达28款和食定食套餐，拉面，炸类，考类等等。
第一家店位於蒲种金鑾（和食日本料理），自創業以來秉承對新鮮食材的精挑細選,不斷的推陳出新,以亲民的价格每盤RM1.70 ，RM2.70, RM3.70 和RM4.70的親民價格. 是让大家都可以吃到日本寿司和料理！

Washoku Japanese Restaurant was cofounded in 2017 by 4 graphic designers who are crazy about Japanese cuisines. After steeping in Japanese culture and the history of Japanese food for a year plus, they finally established their first Japanese restaurant in 2017, boasting of a conveyor belt system that offers 100 types of sushi and up to 28 types of set meals, donburi, sushi, sashimi, Nigiri sushi, pot sushi, soup, salad, appetizer, rolls, grilled and skewered meat, with all kinds of desserts and drinks galore.

Washoku Japanese Restaurant has a black signature signboard and simple Japanese decoration to give a low-profile but stylish ambience. Our first restaurant is located in Kinrara, Puchong. Since its establishment, we have been adhering to a stringent selection of fresh ingredients, and we constantly launch new dishes at highly affordable prices of RM1.70, RM2.70, RM3.70 and RM4.70 per plate to ensure that everyone can really enjoy Japanese cuisines and sushi!
